NTAIBC collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: information submitted through contact forms.

The information collected by NTAIBC will be used for membership application, membership approval, and provision of information to members. Users who provide information will receive quarterly newsletters (by mail), e-mail updates, and other NTAIBC-specific communications.

NTAIBC maintains the accuracy of our information by periodic reviews and member inquiries. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. This contact may be made through the mail, through the web site contact form, or via e-mail. Users may delete their information from our database by contacting NTAIBC and requesting to be deleted.

If problems arise, users may contact NTAIBC by mail, phone, the web site contact form, or e-mail. We are committed to resolving disputes within the time period specified in the NTAIBC Constitution.

NTAIBC protects user information with the following security measures: no personal information is stored on the server, no personal information is posted to the web site, and no information is sold or otherwise provided to third parties.
